Corporate lobbyists control Congress. Politicians receive large campaign contributions from corporations which determine whether someone is elected or not. They influence US Congressmen to make laws which favor the corporations and not the people. Lets have politicians which work for the people!
The problem with that idea is the lobbyists will never let a constitutional amendment like that get past them.
Sounds like an issue worth fighting for...
