The neo liberals that control the DNC, together with conservatives guarantee our government will only support the corporations against the people, are a contamination of the left that neuters us politically. Their minimal positive influence is insufficient to save the human race from extinction by the stupidity and greed of the conservatives they serve.

It will have to get worse before a critical mass of voters regain their sanity and purge our system of the disease of neo liberalism and conservatism that is threatening our existence. If that doesn't happen in time, we will die.

I can't vote for Trump or Hillary types, or any neo liberal conservative, whether open or in some pretend left wing closet, until the left is purged of corporatist treachery.

I'll vote for Greens until things deteriorate to the inevitable end or the idiots wake up and demand a real change. It may be a close race but death is the probable winner.

''The Time of the Intellectual-Activists Has Come'', by Creston Davis:

So ...''Permanently indebted citizens are docile citizens, less likely to question or resist authority. This neoliberal legacy is being perpetuated by US educational institutions, which force students to rack up astronomical debt under a false promise of upward mobility.'' & ...

''From the perspective of the basic driver of society, namely the economic logic of neoliberalism, it is not difficult to observe how other social institutions have wielded and strengthened their claim on power. We can think of how politicians in Washington are fed by Wall Street and corporate interests, as Bernie Sanders pointed out in his campaign for the Democratic primary against Hillary Clinton. Think, too, of the National Rifle Association's manipulation of politicians in Washington that puts society in preventable violent acts of mass killings. As a result, increased mass killings strengthen the misguided argument that local police forces need to be militarized to control the threat of mass killings, and this further jeopardizes critical peaceful resistance necessary for a healthy democracy.

''To restate my claim: Power resists social change. If the rules of the game are based on a logic and practice of keeping the citizenry permanently in debt, then the less likely those citizens will be to question how social power works and work to change that.''

The cons and their neo liberal allies in the Dem party will not give up their stupidity and greed. Until death do they part.

So you think the Dem Party is just too big to change? I guess the country is out of the question then?

you don't know what I think, because you only think you think. I said LISTEN NOW I said it must change. but I only implied it and that sort of thing is way too subtle for you ... because you only think you think.

Are you getting a little tongue tied?

It is a simple and serious question can you think of anything more divisive than voting for a Green?

[-] 2 points by agkaiser (1883) from Fredericksburg, TX 2 weeks ago

No! And until the neo liberal scum that own the dem party wake up, I'll vote for Greens, knowing it will make things worse as the GOP benefits. When things are bad enough, people will wake up and force a positive change or we [the human race] will die and the Planet will be cleansed of fools.

So now we know who the divisive one is between the two of us.

I will will say again people who vote for the Greens are the stupidest people on Earth.

Nader the traitor has crawled under a rock,

It’s the only place safe from the things that he wort.

As millennia approached us, we had one last shot,

To keep the planet we’re on from getting too damn hot.

But Nader thought better his name should be heard.

And Gore was left standing with only his word.

Ten times ten thousand thought Gore couldn’t lose

And a statement was needed to make the world choose

Are we to be puppets and dance on a string?

Or will we be spirits and let our hearts sing?

December reality came crashing in

The Court has decided that Bush got the win.

Where was the outrage where were the cries?

Believers were muted they bought all the lies

How could they scream, how could they roar?

When even their ballots weren’t marked for Al Gore?

The Court burned the votes on that day

So it would be safe for the Royals to play.

Tax cuts are sweet

We love all the meat

But Bush had a fear

What if folks start to hear?

An appointment or two

And I give you C-U.

So my position is that on election day we have to ALL come together to defeat Republicans but you support dividing the vote, isn't that divisive?

[-] 1 points by factsrfun (8783) from Phoenix, AZ 2 weeks ago

You wanted to have a serious discussion I asked you a serious question, can you think of anything more divisive than supporting the Greens?
