*I did a quick /f through this database, looking for this article and did not find it - I apologize if there has already been thread dedicated to this topic. I feel that this article has in it a few significant quotes from Mayor Bloomberg, that the protesters should be aware of. [ but read it for yourself! it is quite short]

"The protesters are protesting against people who make $40-50,000 a year and are struggling to make ends meet. That's the bottom line,"

"You know people have a right to protest but we also have to make sure that people who don't want to protest can go down the streets unmolested."

--- Also it seems to me, that a majority of media outlets are blatantly panning this movement (one article even headlined that the protesters were finally getting violent!).

--- and just on a side note, as the movement grows so will the disdain & dissent (from within the 97%), but also so will the support! Please, for all of our sakes, do not be deterred by naysayers!
