I wish I could stop paying my rent. My landlord is not a nice person.

So now a house is a right too?

Nothing but scum bag thieves, no better than the banks.

I highly doubt people will do this anyway... it is too much personal risk.

I could see it justified for someone who lost their house because of a liars loan (you cant really steal something that is stolen)... I am also of the type that thinks basic needs of life are rights (food, water, shelter, health, education), I dont think this makes anyone a thief.

No one, has the right to compel the service of another.

You have a right to food and water, when you get it yourself. You have a right to shelter, when you build it yourself. You have a right to health, when you look after it yourself. You have a right to education, when you teach yourself.

Is it not compelling the service of another when a liars loan is given? The service being debt slavery?

A right implies an obligation, and obligation does not imply a right. Our difference is in obligations. I believe as a species, as well as just being humane, we are responsible for each others general welfare, and you clearly do not.

No wonder we're all paying higher banking fees.
