In our community and throughout the country, National Night Out August 7. an annual local event where neighbors and neighborhoods hold get to know each other, BBQ and educate (against Corporate Crime too would be my spin)
Get your best recipes and ideas and occupy your block/lawn.
It would be nice if there was a 1 page flyer to intro your neighbors to OWS and international corporate criminals.

In the thread below, education and getting the word out is a prominent theme. Take this opportunity to recruit your neighbors to the cause.
If education is the key to Taking Power from 1 percent, then here's an easy local low key event: Make some hot dogs, lemonade, and provide flyers on corporate criminals, ows, petitions. etc.

Get your hot dogs, lemonade, pamphlets and petitions. Get to know your neighbors, feed them some guacamole and feed their minds on how the 1 percent have taken control. Save your neighborhood and the planet.
Bumper Sticker: "Corporations and Private Equity: Finding legal ways to do illegal things."
If their was like a basic overview post for newbies to Ows, with links to,like the top ten educatonally accurate threads. Something that would look like a one page flyer, and could be distributed at fairs and events.
