1) all income (including salary and investment) should be taxed with SS and MEDIcare since the value of US dollar is protected by us citizens.
2) Automatic federal budget reduction when unemployment is above 8%. Tax rich， half to pay federal deficit and the other to be distributed equally to every us citizen.
3) Free internet for every us cites of 10K+ residents. Expand inter state highways.
4) Free college education. Cap tenure salary (not relate salary to funding).
5) Teacher evaluation by parents. Pay and job position should be connected to performance.
7) Cap all federal gov employee pay. Reduce Dod NIH, ...
8) Tax import to support unemployed.
9) All money-lover can work on wall street if they wish. Including professors, teachers, and government employees..
