Wow, I never heard anyone "desperate" for writers before! What a fantastical anomally! I especially like The "Money Drop" emphasized in the link below. Yes, some entity in the universe might actually want to "drop" money on writers, but not on this planet. Not at least unless they are pushing an agenda that might someday want to make you slit your own throat.
Writing is essentially a compulsion. You do it if you have to. That's it, and it will probably never make you a dime, but when somebody says they "want you," . . . you're work sight unseen; someone who doesn't know you from Adam - beware!

Thats just depressing. I'm sorry you don't like writing. I'm also sorry you feel that there is something nefarious about free speech and support for protests in this format. You have my permission to not take part in such formats or collaboration.
Well, it seems we are doing that here. Forgive me if I am skeptical, given the endless venues out there for expression, but when money in even emplied for contribution, my incredulity rises.
And to say I don't like writing further increases my skepicism of your effort at honest communication.
No, this is an open forum, sprinkled with news that the few people who aren't trolls actually offer. Then there are the trolls and your type, posting and guiding based on what you can see in your immediate world and complaining about anything that interrupts your definition of what the world should be. As if you have some exclusive lock on who is allowed to break from your view. I'm sorry again but I'm not here to fit your mold and your permission is not required for myself or others to speak as we choose and in the format we choose.
I don't expect anyone to agree with me here. I like serious debate, but too often that debate comes down to mere talking points. They aren't a form of debate at all, but rather a simple attempt to convice with blind repetition. I don't know how many times I have tried to engage in debate here, only to be met by this pattern of endless repetition..
I agree. My project doesn't offer such things. Just folks with something to say and an uninterrupted chance to say it. See... I owe it to the writers that have contributed their time, to continue operating the site and make it worth the investment of their time. I also have many hours setting it up and refining it. Because of the complaints about the ads, I now pay out of pocket. All that is fine, because I feel it is a constructive way for myself and others to show support and get our opinions out there. The site may never do that well, or it could inspire the right person, who knows. For now, it's a butterfly fluttering in the metaphoric breeze.
Oh u are paying for it. That sucks. Did that for a corporate website once for a good.two years. Once u let it go it becomes plastered with male enhancement ads. I will try harder but I will be overseas for about two weeks coming up.
I think it is more infuencial than we may think. My only objection is to those who are attemting to stifle serious debate here. That is undemocratic and against the aims of furthering society.
And I would like to thank all who have contributed their efforts to provide this, I think, indispesable means of communication for the Occupy movement.

FreeDiscussion appears to have an unusual fixation with "crapping on police cars" as he has been posting this same line numerous times. One would hope he learns to keep his scatology fantasies to himself.
Always remember, if your movement is not gaining enough momentum, use more laxatives and push for change.
All the farmers where I live are republicans. I've noticed when eating their vegetables, I dump twice as much as when I'm fortunate enough to eat democrat vegetables, which I find to be much better colored, cheaper than free, tastier and they also make me swim better.

Are you trolling or something? I don't think there is any significant difference between the farming habits of Democrats and Republicans, I have no idea what you are talking about. Alright, I will answer you with anecdotal evidence I have personally collected.
In the summer of 1995, I was walking home from work.

In the summer of 1995, I was walking home from work. On my merry way, I noticed some children playing with a kitten by the road. I told them to move a little farther from the road, because it was dangerous. One of them looked up at me and said, and this is his honest to goodness answer, "Okay, mister. Thanks."
So I keep walking, and when I get down the block, I noticed The exact same children playing with the same kitten when I turned around and glanced at them. Exactly where I suggested they move. So anyway.
I get downtown, where I live, and you will never guess what I see, right there by the side of the road: A pretzel cart! I bought a pretzel. It was pretty good, but it went down funny.
So I get to my front door and knock. I lived alone, so no one answered. Right as I put my house key in the door, I realized I had to defecate like I never before had in my life. I couldn't get my key in the door because I was shaking so bad and actually had to kick the door open to get inside in time. I ran in the bathroom, and before I could even shut the door, I experienced a thunderous explosion like I had never seen, heard, or felt in my life. I actually arsonized the house later, clean up would have cost too much, and the very next day I started living under a bridge.
I cleaned out my bank account the next morning and bought a pretzel cart.

Speaking of ass holes. I saw two OWS guys standing at a corner the other day. They were trying to hitch a ride. Told them that the car lot I had just been at looking at a car, had a camel for sale. It was a trained camel. I was told that If it saw a green traffic light it would go. When it saw a red traffic light it would stop. I suggested they see if they could afford it. I drove off. Down the road I stopped at a WalMart for a while. When I left I continued on my route home. A couple of miles down the road I see these two OWS guys standing on a corner. I stopped and asked them what they thought of the camel. The one OWS guy said, "Yes, we liked it and the car lot guy took $20 for it. I asked, "So what happened?" "Well we got on the camel and was riding it down the street. Dang,,, at a traffic light if it was green the camel would continue through the intersection. If the light was red it would stop and wait for the light to change." I said, so if you bought it,,, where is it?. The other OWS guy said all was going great for several miles. Then there was a red stop light and the camel stopped. Two really sexy rich 1% ladies pulled up next to us. One of the cute girls yelled, "Hey,,, look at the two ass holes on the camel." We both got off to look behind. The light changed and the camel went on down the road without us. Dont you just love OWS idiots. (I bet they thought it was GirlFriday behind)
