The 30 years thread - you delete the entire comment tree, apparently because of a troll, but there were some intelligent, constructive comments there. Mine, that begins 'I, "socialist,"' still shows up on top comments - and there was at least one non-troll reply to it today I can't even read. What a load...

It's an issue we're looking into fixing with the forum software we use.
Any update?
It will take some coding in the system (we're using a relatively new open source forum software).
Well, could you perhaps undo your change - whatever moderation you did that caused the threads to disappear - in the mean time? I think it's a valuable conversation and only has an hour left to be highlighted.
We could probably dig the comments up within the cache as it only deletes the comments from banned members, it's just that it also makes the rest invisible.
Any below the banned one? How would the cache idea play out?

Edit: nevermind, you probably have enough to worry about without focusing on one post. I'm just disappointed. I should log off and deal with my real life for awhile anyway. :) Thanks for your responsiveness.
