Forum Post: Merry Christmas

I hereby state my intention to spend the night of Christmas Eve sleeping in Zucotti Park in a sleeping bag and in a tent and I invite anyone who wishes to to join me. I also think it would be a great idea to get as many people as possible together to sing carols in an around the park before going to sleep and awaiting Santa (who may be dressed in blue riot gear--or is that Ebeneaser Scrooge?). I also think it would be a great idea to set up a table with free coffee and donuts available only to uniformed and plain cloths personnel on that Christmas Eve night. Finally, if other people with more knowledge of these things than I are interested it would be great if we could get an ordained priest or minister to perform a midnight mass or service before we bed down for the night.
Well, if we can stop these animals, it will be a Merry Christmas!

Actually I'm 68 years old with a heart condition and cancer. I was around long before the hippies, or even the beatniks for that matter.
You are such a goddamn hippie.......what is all that kumbaya shit will not do anything but clog up the streets and not allow people to use the park that their tax dollars paid for........
