I just read an article about how OWS is trying to protect it's name, which is smart. I would also suggest that the EBAY profiteers could be dissuaded from selling their sweatshop gear if each vendor were to recieve a few hundred e-mail messages a day asking questions such as:

--How much of the proceeds are shared with OWS causes? --Are your products U.S. made? --Are the products Union Made? --Are your t-shirts organic cotton? ETC...

Opportunism is the "American Way", but these vendors don't really want to weed through all those messages or give answers which we already know anyway. Most likely they will get the hint and pull the listings.

Agreed...let's occupy ebay! I called out @occupyflintmi on twitter for selling anti-occupy stuff on cafe press. "Why Occupy Flint? Get out while you still can!" was one of the slogans.

My point is that if you don't support the movement then you are part of the problem. You fail to understand the consequences of your actions by selling crappy t-shirts made in sweatshops in a communist country. I am surprised anyone is buying...so they are equally stupid. I guess you and your buyers are a match made in heaven.

My wife made a small bundle hopping on the wagon, I sold a bunch of screen printed shirts and hoodies for her on my Etsy and Ebay accounts. She is always on the ball like that, we may not support your movement but the people that bought the shirts do. So whats your point?
