I think he is wrong. Yes some will get tired and leave, for awhile. But others will take their place. A sort of round robin protest is likely to happen through the winter. And that might be the approach that is needed. Shelters set up for rest etc...you get the idea.
I’m looking forward to writing Mr Roeper sometime in April…
