Awesome work on Sept 17th! You all have been an inspiration to the nation, as well as a great force in revitalizing the power of the Constitution.

I am addressing all readers today about a murder in West Virginia, that happened July 11th 2008. There is overwhelming evidence, that this man was fatally beaten to death, however the final reports say he died of a drug overdose. All means to silence his mother, have rejected her lawsuit where her case lays dormant in Appeals Courts.

Spread this message, the details of the incident can be seen in this Video Message Here; http://youtu.be/RiznsuWe3VE

Thank you!

Justice denied anywhere diminshes justice everywhere. (MLK)

Pro se civil rights, equal protection of law are vital to the evolution of humanity, or to remain fully human. Accepting this kind of abuse, reduces our humanity, we de-evolve.

Occupy with their lack of legal process ignores the constitution which is absurd because they are using constitutional rights. We need Article 5!

Good for the cops! Its about time they take care of a drug addict! Maybe its a good thing that that man is no longer with us any more. He probably went up to tht great drug arena that is floating high in the sky.

How would you react if it was someone you love who was beaten to death?

I don't know yet it has never happened to me yet. When it does I'll let you know. What about yourself?

It hasn't happened to me either but I believe any american should be concerned about abuse of power.

Big deal! Where is the evidence that the guy was not stoned with drugs!

It doesn't matter if he was stoned. It only matters that he was beaten our "public defenders".
