Mr. President, The stimulus package that you and Congress put forth in late 2008 or early 2009 to stimulate the economy did not produce results as expected, because there was no mechanism in place to ensure the continuous circulation of the capital injected into the economy. As a result, money filters down to particular businesses and/or corporations who stop the circulation by pocketing money; as a result the growth of the economy fizzled out.(This article continue at boycottforjobs.com)
