On December 10th - next Saturday - Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos will moderate the next Republican debate.
Let's tell them that one question must be asked of all the Republican candidates:
"Would you sign a 2012 NDAA that includes provisions for the US military to operate on American soil and detain American citizens indefinitely, without trial?"
The more I read about this travesty, the more I believe it must be stopped. Obama needs to veto it. He's threatened to do so but that doesn't mean he will. Let's use the GOP to force his hand.
So, tweet @DianeSawyer and @GStephanopoulos and tell them to get a straight answer from the GOP candidates on this issue.

Yes, we could ask those questions as you posed, but these people are master question dodgers, they know how to pretend to answer the question when they are not really answering at all. But it would make them squirm in their seats which I love to see. So let's do it.
Right, but, let them dodge and squirm. I think even that will accomplish the mission. Obama and his staff need to see this thing is a political nightmare if he signs it.
Is there anything we can do as the general public of America? It frustrates me beyond belief at how naive people have become.
Please, start by following the advice above. Get these questions asked at the GOP debate.

when the banks control they can make artificial down turns in the economy so their "bets" on the stock markets, short or long, can bring them huge piles of riches by economy manipulation and of course insider trading, they cause the markets to rise and fall and since they know which way they are going making money is easier than falling off of a log when really drunk. We are releasing bad news next week go short on those positions and long on those, ok got them all bought, ok release the bad news, market falls and they buy and the market goes up, BECAUSE they bought and then everyone else jumps in and they do the opposite making money on every swing in the markets. If those markets tank they could lose a large portion of their wealth. The task is to find a way to beat them at their own game and let we the people manipulate the markets to their peril. And if we stopped accepting federal reserve notes and "legal tender" and invented our own currency they would really be screwed. Keep your paper I know it is worthless. I will trade in work hours. I will trade 2 of my hours for 2 of your hours as expresson on the note we make and trade with.
