Lefty word of the day:
Bum on the plush - noun - The idle rich. A social parasite or leech that lives off of labor.

Know many developers and landlords who are bums on the plush - what do you call all these predatory property lords - got one for that? When did it become proper business that we adopt this new warped version of the American Dream, to decide to buy the entire next generations out of housing, and rent to them at twice the mark-up of an actual mortgage ensuring they would never own themselves? Isn't this the antithesis of the American Dream? I hear you can make a lot of money selling little kids into prostitution too - so baby boomers - is that your next "market" venture? Buying up and selling out human beings with your grubby little market fingers...selling out everyone who wasn't born into a world that hadn't been corrupted by the likes of yourselves yet... you should be really proud of all those flippers you papered painted and made what they aint to sell to some poor schmuck that will never pay off his student loans or his mortgage - and later finds out the place is laden with toxic mold and asbestos and the room they've been housing their newborn infant and it comes puffing out of the cracks every time a door gets opened. I can tell you some stories about these suckhole dicks - putting out a woman on her last leg of cancer ...work in the trades a little while - get to know all these pricks we tax payers bailed out ... there is no karma...their pockets keep getting fatter and we just keep getting laughed at for being so damn emotional about getting bent over the cliff - new one:

So ''what do you call all these predatory property lords'' ? ... 'Parasites' !

A bigger ( wealthier ) version of many bosses I've known - riding on the backs of the workers and claiming all of the glory for success.
