Forum Post: Killing the 99 with fucking potato chips

Posted 12 years ago on Nov. 7, 2011, 11:14 a.m. EST by aquainted (268)
This content is user submitted and not an official statement

The 1% are murders. They kill people slowly with carcinogens while the FDA watches over their profits. What a system!

This kinda shit needs to end, and it will when the 99 take control with Online voting and dismantle the traitorous FDA.

Hey, "healthy" SUBWAY?

Here's a thought.............don't eat the chips!

[-] 1 points by karenpoore (902) 12 years ago

Here's a thought ... do not eat most of the food sold in your grocery stores!

[-] 1 points by Bambi (359) 12 years ago

WHAT? You mean no O-O-Oreos????? Ohhhhhhhh no!

[-] 0 points by karenpoore (902) 12 years ago

That's funny, but the food they are shoving down our throats is not. Try growing some of your own or support your local organic farmers or both!

[-] 1 points by Bambi (359) 12 years ago

I live on a farm already :-)

[-] 0 points by karenpoore (902) 12 years ago

lucky you ... (-;

[-] 1 points by Bambi (359) 12 years ago

Sure am.Imagine a suburbanite of NYC moving to rural NYS on a farm. Shocking to say the least L

[-] 1 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

You are too smart for this forum.

[-] 1 points by Bambi (359) 12 years ago

LMAO thanks Birdy

[-] 1 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

have a nice evening..I've got to go to bed..you're funny.

[-] 1 points by Windsofchange (1044) 12 years ago

So, that's there evil plan. Death by Frito Lay!

Actually, I am think about the dead peasant insurances companies took out on their employees without their knowledge and consent, and of course if the employee dies--the company collect the insurance money, not give the grieving family a dime. Such a nice, wonderful practice--don't you think? I could just imagine the donuts and unhealthy food they put out in the company kitchen's everyday and the vendor machines stocked with unhealthy candy bars and snacks. Can we say--EVIL!!! There is a certain place in hell for these kind of people.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

We need a first degree slow murder law.

[-] 1 points by Windsofchange (1044) 12 years ago

I feel your anger. It so hard to wrap our minds around the fact that there are people who are so callous and think nothing about jeopardizing the lives of others. They will get what is coming to them. The people are waking up to what is going on, and they should be very, very fearful.

[-] 1 points by MBJ (96) 12 years ago

Read the blockbuster article on this site about growing your own corn in the grass strip between the street and the sidewalk. It'll be much healthier than deadly potato chips.

Seriously, one guy says the 99% is controlling us with religion, the next that they're killing us with potato chips.

This is not the rhetoric of a movement to be taken seriously.

[-] 1 points by flower (5) 12 years ago

Bambi-it;s more about what is in your face (ads)24/7 and what's is easily accessible. Don't be hard on people with shallow thinking.

[-] 1 points by BrainC (400) from Austin, TX 12 years ago

and how exactly do you intend on getting potato chips to, ahh, fuck?

I want the gov't to step in and raise the tax on ANYTHING unhealthy. This will allow the people to eat healthy.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Good idea, I'm just playing with words. Then give those tax dollars as free loans to new businesses.

[-] 1 points by flower (5) 12 years ago

Pesticides, Marketing and GMOs-the silent killers

[-] 1 points by screwtheman (122) 12 years ago

Why do you need someone to hold your hand and tell you what to eat?

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Because I don't want to run every food item through my $500,000 lab first.

[-] 1 points by aahpat (1407) 12 years ago

I just can't picture potato chips fucking.

[-] 2 points by debndan (1145) 12 years ago

No, no, reread their post, it's aquainted that is having sex with chips, not chips on chips.

[-] 1 points by BrainC (400) from Austin, TX 12 years ago

I think he wants to kill the 99% that are fucking potato chips. Sick people. Maybe we should kill them.

[-] 1 points by aahpat (1407) 12 years ago

What a salty idea....

[-] 1 points by Indy4Change (254) from Columbia, SC 12 years ago

Hmmm, I don't eat pringles - rarely ingest pre-packaged processed foods. The chicken I eat is free range chicken, the milk I drink is raw. Steaks are hand cut by a butcher using only free range cows... I can't say I share the same fears you do because I control it for myself... you should try it sometime. I will say this for you though. Having read many of your posts, I can say I do appreciate your persistence (however misguided) in pushing an agenda for that stupid online voting idea (that will perpetuate fraud).

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

If the voting is made public, it can be clearly verified by all. Then the People will vote for the FDA to do its job, or be dismantled. I think you would like that, no?

[-] 1 points by OLLAG (84) 12 years ago

The 1% are murders? you mean murderers? If their was really 99% then why hasn't 99% been protesting?

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

They are when they can, in so many ways

[-] 1 points by OLLAG (84) 12 years ago

if a majority of a people dislike the government it is always replaced. How come non of you have been elected to any positions?

[Removed]

[-] 1 points by Skoalman (56) 12 years ago

I like Herr's and Utz when I can get them, usually have to order the ones I want but they're SO worth it.

Online voting? Yeah, I'm sure that'll work really well.

PS The FDA does suck.

[-] 1 points by OhWhatScum (-3) 12 years ago

Aquaited was probably sitting on his fat fucking ass smoking pot (which has far more carcinaogens in it than 10 cigars), and eating potato chips when he came up with this "brilliant" forum post.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Medical pot has been proven to cure cancer, braincell.

[-] 1 points by bigbangbilly (594) 12 years ago

Banning chips is just like banning marijuana. Acrylamide is present even in some homemade food.

[-] 1 points by WeUsAll (200) 12 years ago

The oceans and fish are full of plastic and the air and our lungs are full of soot. Who to blame? Users.

[-] 1 points by libertarianincle (312) from Cleveland, OH 12 years ago

Don't let the media scare you. Cancer mortality rates have been steadily declining over the past 15 years. Yes, Cancer incidences have increased, but with a decrease in mortality that means MORE cancers are being caught early and treated and people are surviving. Don't let the media and "shocking truth" scare you away from knowing the facts.

gum away

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Dont eat then. Grow a garden and eat stuff you cook yourself-oh sad, that would me work and less time to PLAY WITH YOUR PLAYSTATION!

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Gardens are against the law now, haven't you heard? They are removing nutrition and forcing us to eat crap cause good food in not affordable. This is how they treat the 99.

[-] 1 points by debndan (1145) 12 years ago

Gardens against the law? put down the crack pipe.We garden, our neighborhood cop gardens, heck even our local mayor and postmaster gardens. Actually gardening and canning saw a hugh upswing past couple years in our area, far from being illeagal.

[Removed]

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Give me a break! Against the law-so is growing pot you clown.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

I'm not kidding, big gardens are against the law

[-] 1 points by Slugsalt (13) 12 years ago

Citations please

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Why are you protesting Wall Street then? The laws where drafted in 2009 by all three braches of our government-all three of them being the democrats. Even with the assumtion that some large ag corporate is pushing them to do this legislation, why wouldnt you protest those that have the power to change the law? Further, just like the dems gave the president the power to shut down the internet-dont you think that controlling the food source is also part of a control mechanism-just like mass transit, just like black boxes in cars, just like rfd chips in 20 dollar bills, just like google street pictures-you are acting like a sheeple. The dems support ows-does not this seems at least a little fishy to you? Does it not sound like the distraction from what they are really doing. Got sheep?

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

I'm not protesting OWS, I do NOT agree with DEMS, however

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

identify the ROOT of the problem-who has the final say in these laws. Its not corporations my friend. If you drink and drive and get busted for a DUI-they dont arrest the guy who served you the alchohol do they? You and OWS logic has the guy who served the alchohol and not the driver!

[-] 0 points by stevo (314) 12 years ago

Everything..slowly kills us asshole. We all die..eventually. But somehow...the Average lifespan..still keeps going up. It must be the Pringles

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Well hell then, roll out some more chips.

Why don't we just sell suicide machines and cut to the chase?

[-] 0 points by Diamondf (43) 12 years ago

This ass wipe is a lonely boring fuck and is all over this place. Just ignore him. Guess what? He'll start another thread. Fucktard.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Fast murder, slow murder, what's the difference? Oh yeah! Slow murder is much more painful....

[-] 0 points by Spankysmojo (849) 12 years ago

The number of cows in the world is the biggest cause of climate change. People will have to stop eating so much meat. It's killing them and the environment that we all share. It's driving health care costs much higher than cigarette smoking and drug use.

[-] 0 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

Let's get the government to regulate meat consumption. We need them to pass laws about how often people are allowed to got to McDonalds, etc. That's what we need.

[-] 0 points by Spankysmojo (849) 12 years ago

Not true. We need to stop harassing smokers and marijuana users. We need to ask if alcohol should be legal and if so why not everything else. EVERYTHING. Meat consumption and alcohol are killers and money washes them clean. The government should not tell anyone what to eat but they shouldn't harass smokers with medical commercials while millions die from fat-clogged arteries caused by eating pork and beef. Osteoporosis caused by dairy consumption etc...Freedom to kill yourself without harassing everyone else.

[-] 0 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

Legalize the herb, a gift from the earth. Legalize dope and crack too. Shut down the Cartel, and the mafia.

[-] 0 points by Spankysmojo (849) 12 years ago

That's absolutely right. American police must use their power to stop people from hurting each other, not themselves.

[-] 0 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

yeah smoking crack can't hurt anybody.

[-] 0 points by Spankysmojo (849) 12 years ago

It can hurt you but as long as you didn't steal the money to get it I couldn't care less. And no one could so why pay to arrest and feed some user.

[-] 0 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

I don't think this issue is as simplistic as you seem to believe. have a nice night. Are you in NY? this site is crazy.

[-] 0 points by Spankysmojo (849) 12 years ago

Yes. And yes it is crazy. Good night. Peace.

[-] 0 points by l31sh0p (279) from Sand Fork, WV 12 years ago

The process begins with a slurry of rice, wheat, corn, and potato flakes that are pressed into shape.

Oh. My. God. It's gonna kill us!

[-] 1 points by sudoname (1001) from Berkeley, CA 12 years ago

Meanwhile, later in the article:

Acrylamide, a cancer-causing and potentially neurotoxic chemical, is created when carbohydrate-rich foods are cooked at high temperatures, whether baked, fried, roasted or toasted.

[-] 0 points by l31sh0p (279) from Sand Fork, WV 12 years ago

The article can point out a sliver of the market; I can point out a sliver of their article. See how it works?

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

The process is killing people, every single day, so are cigarettes, hard liquor, gambling, and several other things government and big business sell to us.

[-] 2 points by onepeople (49) 12 years ago

It's a well known fact that potato chips, fried goods, fast food, junk food, smoking, drinking excessively, and all that stuff is bad for you. People have the option not to eat them. It's called freedom of choice. It's not the big bad corporations or government, if people didn't want it the companies would not make a profit. So simply make the choice to eat healthier. I say as I just finished a Cookie, nom nom nom.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Good point, but many don't realize the risks. The government should not have any dangerous foods, drugs or drinks where fools can take them. Fools need reasonable protections.

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

dont realize the risk? Are you serious? Wouldnt a 300 pound woman that is five feet tall enough of a warning? Dont realize the risk-well then lets prohibit alchohol and gambling and un protected sex. The problems will never be solved without self responsibility-you progressives can make a zillion laws and still not create a perfect society. Personal responsibility will get us close.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Addicts are a special situation. They are hereditary debilitated and need real help. Also society need protection from drunks. Why spin this into the ridiculous?

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Self responsibility-corporations do not force people to eat what they produce. Not spin-there are people who feed their infants soda pop and potato chips-and the government says they need to be food educated. This is beyond common sense-use self responsibility and your freedoms you have now. Letting gov control what we eat is one less freedom. Control corporations through your buying practices.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Disagree, if the people have no money, no education, common sense, nothing but TV blaring at them as they stay home with not job, the government is party to the abuse.

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

no money-no job. Spending time watching TV? Seems they would have TIME to prepare food for themselves-cheaper than paying for pre-made. You dont seem to very well travelled-here in the US, the more time people have the bigger they get. In other countries-its the opposite.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Maybe I should get out more....

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Perhaps you should.

[-] 0 points by MissBirdy (-78) from Thornwood, NY 12 years ago

let's have the government control everything we eat, drink, smoke etc. We need complete control.

[-] 1 points by l31sh0p (279) from Sand Fork, WV 12 years ago

Sounds like you want the government to hold your hand and tell you what and what not to do. Not me partner.

[-] 0 points by nikka (228) 12 years ago

What do you expect from people who refuse to grow up? They need the Nanny State to take care of them and monitor their every activity.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

FDA has a responsibility to test, in house, all foods for carcinogens, but they do not do it. And yet they suck up the tax dollars.

This amounts to government collecting taxes to help kill its own citizens. They are billing us for killing us, and this has got to stop.

Only shills would protest a thread like this, but if you do, the murder falls to your doorstep, too.

[-] 1 points by Indy4Change (254) from Columbia, SC 12 years ago

Hey - I know.... let's conduct an online vote to elect our representatives. That way, we're SURE to get the right people in there who are willing to wipe our arses for us... yeah, that's the ticket!

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Why would you want want a Senator to wipe your ass? Are you a T-rex?

[-] 1 points by Mooks (1985) 12 years ago

So grow a garden for your veggies and go hunting for your mean. Problem solved. I agree that our foods are not as pure as they could be but life expectancy is always increasing, so it can't be that much of a problem.

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

locavare is not sustainable. You simply can not raise enough food for the population without automation and logistics-we dont live in the 1800's anymore-the population is much larger now. Further, people are not willing to work the hours it takes to raise food the old fashioned way-nor are they willing to pay the price.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Okay, all you city dwellers start hunting and fishing in the polluted harbor and parks. And don't shoot anybody.

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

live in rural areas-clean water and no chlorine-less crime-better air-less control

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

Lets make America a clean area. Dissolve Industry and have local farming again. Let's plant pot between the highways and have jailbirds do our farming. They need some fresh air and sun. Just give them GPS collars

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Disolve industry-why not put a bunch of people in stocks and have them pull plows. Yeah-thats a great idea. Look to China and compare one US farmer does the work of 20,000 Chinese farmers. Jailbirds are to much of a risk-why not change welfare to workfare. People feel better about themselves when they have purpose-less pot would need to be grown as the demand would drop due to people working.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

The goal is to give people meaningful work, not to make the 1% at caterpillar more wealthy. There is nothing wrong with primitive farming. There is great sense and nobility in that.

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

cant feed a country on it. Further-get realistic-look what happened in Alabama when illegals where challenged-they all left. Owners of farms had difficulty in finding workers let alone workers who put in a full day. Ag work is tough-when was the last time you saw a white guy or gal working in it-its been several years. Same with roofing-all hispanic workers doing the work white kids wont.

[-] 1 points by brooce (65) from Minneapolis, MN 12 years ago

Tribes lived for centuries-sure they did-they where numbered in the thousands-not millions. Dont post with such comments-it shows you are living in a fantasy-outherwise known as you mom and dads basement with Star Wars posters. Fat-not everybody sport. Personal responsibility-no body is makin you eat at the Arches. Is the only color your nails ever seen comes from either dirt or nail polish? Let me guess. Utopia is found only in books with lots of unicorns.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

And now they are fat and look like shit.

The tribes lived for centuries off the land without wrecking it. The 1% have done more damage in the last 10 years than all of humanity before them.

[-] 0 points by l31sh0p (279) from Sand Fork, WV 12 years ago

Because everything that you do and everything you consume must be processed in some form through the federal government. Buy local, start a garden, hunt.

[-] 0 points by aquainted (268) 12 years ago

That needs to stop. They want to dumb down and depopulate the expensive old people

[-] 0 points by raines (699) 12 years ago

You don't have to buy.

[-] 0 points by Perspective (-243) 12 years ago

BTW Pringles Rock!!!!

[-] 0 points by Perspective (-243) 12 years ago

Now you can take away my cigs and gambling but leave my whiskey alone.Hell a man has to have a vice or two when he's old like me.

[-] -1 points by stevo (314) 12 years ago

Yum!. I Love Pringles Don't like em? Don't eat em fuckhead
