When are going to let the banks stop taking our homes and to top it all they are telling us which Realtors to use. Why can't we maintain our right to choose the local person to represent us in this final stage of losing one of our treasured possession? Is this not unethical?
Why not read that all back to yourself, slowly, and edit it so that others might have an idea what it is you are trying to convey, or express.....
Let's change the law so that banks owns the majority of houses. Oh wait, they probably do. Well then, let's give them back and let their prices go back up, then buy them again. Then let's drive labor costs down and build more.
Here's how to keep "your" home: PAY FOR IT.
See, here's how it works. YOU borrowed money. YOU spent it. YOU agreed to pay it back and YOU agreed that if you didn't, the bank could take the house to repay what YOU borrowed. And, oh yeah, YOU knew all this when YOU borrowed the money in the first place.
Sounds like you are going through a lot keepingourhomes. Hang in there. I know in my town if you lose your house to foreclosure for not paying the real estate tax, they'll take your home, give it to the bank, and then the bank is exempt from paying the property tax. Issues like these are why OWS is here.
If it's your home, the bank cannot take it. If the bank owns the home, they can have you removed if there is failure to execute the mortgage.
Not sure what you are saying about realtors representing you in the final stage of losing the property.......maybe you can expound.
it's called PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY start with that
Dont buy a home unless you can afford it. Next time a banker holds a GUN to your head and forces you to sign for a home that you CANT AFFORD,,,, please take a photo,,, i want to see it. You are an adult,,, act like one.
