Jon Corzine and Hank Paulson. Seriously that would make it bipartisan. The problems in our banking system are stealing money from all of us. Between those two guys you could deal with derivatives, overuse of leverage, systemic risk, cheap fed loans, the breakup of Glass/Steagall, the 2000 laws deregulating derivatives, the 2005 law that give derivatives priority in a bankruptcy ( that's the law that puts our tax money and bank deposits at risk when some moron at our bank makes a bad bet IE: AIG). Not only are Paulson and Corzine insiders they are the guys who push for the laws,the guys who write the laws and the guys who make all the money from the laws. It really is an incestuous banking system designed by billionaires for billionaires.
not one politician or wall street chief went to jail or admitted any wrong doing when we nearly destroyed the world financial markets in 2008...why...that's because of money...money that goes to political contributions...and politicans will never admit guilt...like in fannie mae or freddie mac...no one is responsible or held responsible...the government just takes trillions of our tax dollars to fix their mistakes and wall streets mistakes and no one goes to jail or get thrown out of political office
