Is it true his company just landed a 1.5 billion dollar govt contract? Or is it 100 million? How can that possibly be legal?

I'm not defending them here. I read through the blog entry below which was a rant on information taken in part from this article. The article lists the name of the company and I think you can just look up the contracts on line. There is at least enough information to look further.
