It is called civility, one of the benefits of living in society. Clothing is one of humanities first inventions. I'm not offended by nudity at all, however we humans tend to value privacy and not having your naughty bits bouncing around for all to see is included in that.
When you say being naked is natural, you are absolutely wrong. Find one example of any modern or ancient society that has no clothing.
I personally have no problems with it, wanna come hang out and be naked here, or want me to come there? However there is an issue with pushing nudity onto somebody who doesn't want to see it. You can call them a prude or whatever you want to, but fact is, history is on their side, with good reason.
OMG! Aren't there more important things to worry about? We'll all be naked anyway when no one can afford clothes. Is this what you are protesting for? Nudity?
some of the protestors were not wearing shirts...with signs that read We cant afford shirts..and the police threatened to arrest them unless they put on shirts.

You can't sell sex through advertising if everyone already sees nudity as normal. Advertising associates products to procreation and that leads to big money.
Nudity causes accidents, it's dangerous, it exposes my junk... Adornment on the other hand serves a vital evolutionary purpose.

You do have the right to wear what you want morally, but the question is, if you were living in say, Wisconsin, would you walk around completely naked? No. When a huge cold front hits or when mosquitoes are tearing into you or sand fleas or ticks or say you've stepped in something that is eating away at your skin, what are you going to do, since you decided that, "Hey I do not want to wear shoes because they are clothes and I'd be advertising some guys company." so why complain about the few laws we have that make sense? But heck, if you want to walk around naked, be my guest, this country as well as many countries make such a big deal out of nudity, I have to agree there because when I was a little boy, I lived in Germany, on a military post, on television, people were naked and really didn't mean anything. It wasn't perverted, It was normal and in some cases beautiful. So I'm halves on that law, you should be a loud to wear what you want but then you shouldn't also freeze to death either.
he isn't suggesting that people not be allowed to wear clothes, so that they freeze to death. He's saying it should be a person's choice whether or not they wear clothes.
And your point about the law is smart because it keeps people from freezing to death is completely misplaced. There were 3 girls in bikinis (legal) at a Green Bay Packers game in late December a few years ago. the temperature was 0 F, with a windchill of -10 F to -20 F.

Seriously though, the whole clothing thing was a religious idea. It's the mainstream religions that preach that nudity is a sin. It's legal for females to be topless in New York. There was a very recent million dollar lawsuit over just this. Just because people don't like it doesn't mean we don't have the right. It's a matter of personal discrepancy in our state, not law enforcement.
