What is it protesters hope to gain? What is their platform? Give me something concrete, not just a vague protest against corporate greed. What will stop the protest? I'd joined the protest if I knew the answers to those questions.
Demands I would like to see: Congress Shall Make No Law They Are Exempt From Congress shall not be above the law Congress shall pay into Social Security Congress Shall pay Health Insurance Premiums The rich will pay their fair share of taxes No bailouts for the rich

Come on protesters, come up with a platform, otherwise you are just wasting your time and causing undue unrest.

Good start. This Forum is an appropriate location for thoughtful people to post their ideas about reforms, and the actions that might brings those reforms about. Peaceful marches are a wonderful way to show the world that many are concerned, even if those concerns and possible solutions have not yet been well verbalized.

When asked by the press what type of response he would like to see from the big banks, Portland occupier Tony Zilka responded "We would like to see a tax on all electronic (ATM/Debit Card) transactions."
