The boarders should be illegal, not the people.
I agree with you that the people aren't the problem; it's the manner in which they're employed by big businesses. Honestly, I have no problem with structured amnesty for illegal immigrants already in here, because that then makes them functionally Americans and all of the traditional employer regulations apply to people who employ them. That said, we need to end guest worker programs and clamp down on the use of "shadow people" to work long hours in dangerous conditions for sub-minimum wages.
