If illegals are made legal...they must make minimum wage.

If republicans ( or democrats) were against open borders what they would do is take away business licenses and fine corporations who hire illegal workers. Corporations are driving illegal immigration by hiring them...then they exploit them. Americans like me don't want to slaughter animals but they especially won't when there are no enforced safety regulations, bad pay, and inhumane standards . Illegals can't rat out corpirations out of fear of reprisal and that would be to deport and send them back to a country with no hope and no future if they complain or report it.

If we allow illegals real legal status wallstreet can't exploit all workers by being allowed to employ people with substandard pay...they will have to comply with safe meat laws, humane laws, and worker safety, and pay payroll taxes. A simple crack down on corpirations who hire workers off the books ...would prevent the driving force behind illegal immigration.

What they would rather do is pretend for their party not to like immigration...while doing nothing real to stop it like cracking down on illegal hiring...and then blaming the brown folks for wanting a Better life while also allowing corporations to plunder their labor and undercutting good wages for us all.

Wallstreet doesn't mind illegals...but they hate paying legal wages...so they are lobbying congress to prevent it. And now a bill. Lawmakers do wallstreets bidding. The meat and farm industrial complex pushes another bill ....to keep workers as slaves.

Illegal workers can't unionize...they make nice quiet abuse taking employees.

So open borders for corporations....but not for people? Ok so workers are treated like inanimate robots but corporations embraced as living beings.? Something is really off with this idea. You know what harbors terrorism guys...money. money hides crime ...buys politicians...corrupts...and funds groups who buy weapons. Why aren't the money making entities of this world under such scrutiny as the people of this world? We know why...but I still like to point it out.

Legalize...unionize...worker...ize our nation!!! If Congress spent as much time devoting itself to the prosperity of Americans as they do to multinational corporations who do not headquarter in the united states...mainstreet would be doing great! Now how bout a restriction on outsourcing ...? Oh wait that is what globalization means...it means Congress can work on and pass legislation lobbied by foreign corpirat ions to put jobs in short supply...yes hurt our workforce to the prosperity of foreign corporations? Make us grovel for jobs...keep us salivating for crap pay....drown us out of markets through monopolization and bullying and bribing congress to benefit them with special laws...that hurt home based mainsreet business
