Forum Post: Im hoping the government goes out of business soon.

They keep promising it by shutting down, but then they raise their credit limit. How sad, and I was so looking forward to these lazy government workers getting a job like the rest of us and finally not telling me how to live my life, or take my money from my family.
If the government shuts down how can they pay all of the government workers that would then be out of work or pay off the debt we have accumulated?
let them file bankruptcy like any other irresponsible idiot! and as for gov workers, nothing says failure at self reliance than to rely upon the gov for your income!
Are you kidding? They do jobs that keep you doing yours. Being paid by the government is not a bad thing it is just you way to an income. However, the senate and congress members get paid too much and have too many extras.
well i think we the people should levy all the government workers assets and auction them off to repay the debt. Nothing less than this would be equal to the monumental and dire circumstances they have put us in.
Oh jesus. I'm talking about the security guards and military personnel and all other like jobs.
well no one has come to america to attack us so theres trillions of military money wasted all these years, and if we all had a side arm, we wouldnt need to pay someone else to defend ourself, a good gun is only 500 bucks. just look at that woman who shot an intruder and killed him for breaking into her home, justice served! And it isnt going to cost us 50k a year to put him in prison either. Whch brings up another point, have the family who brought that dead criminal into the world get a shovel and bury him in their backyard, whats with the 5-8k charges just cause people die. its nobody elses business, god will judge us, you people arent my judge.
