Because the protesters are smart enough to know that Monsanto and Wallmart headquarters are on private property, they would be arrested and their message wouldn't be heard. As far as I am aware city streets are still public property.
i am sure your headline's destinations are either already plans for OWS or will be, among other example destinations...
