If they're the job creators, are we just worker ants?

Or is there something they don't understand about a consumer based economy?

oh, they will love to create some $4.or less an hour jobs for Americans. They hate minimum wage. They want slave wage.

http://www.dol.gov/whd/minwage/america.htm#.UH9Ub661ySo see the loopholes by state

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SicFn8rqPPE Here's Ted Kennedy about that one.

or even 93 cents an hour or if they're lucky maybe 24 cents an hour.

Prison labor is cheap these days.

If they could get American wages down to the levels they pay overseas... imagine how much they could save on shipping costs.

Then they could remove even more consumers from our consumer based economy.

Boycott APPLE! Getting RICH beyond compare as the biggest wage slave exploiters in the biz!

Pitchforks and tar torches in the middle of the night.

What's happened to America's pride?

They will bend as far as it can bend, just short of breaking.

And if it breaks, they have enough propaganda and have the people divided enough that they should be fine.

I think they are in full extraction stage right now, have coopted the entire gov, and have dumbed down the public to the point of safeness.

Prob getting ready to set up shop in a new country.

They have broken "it" many times over! That's how resilient and strong we are, just think what we could do if we worked together!

Divide, keep us fighting each other, encourage hopelessness and crab mentality, is what they do to keep us under control. We're the human cattle, the GOP are the cowboys, the 1% are the Ranchers. Class War

"They" are holding the country hostage to help their GOP replace the black man in the WH with one of "Their" own. Things go much smoother for "Outlaws" when they have the sheriff in "Their" pocket.

"They" understand: We have the numbers and, in our demand side economy, we have primary control of the economy. So "They" are withholding that power, before we get too UPPITY, like we did in the 60s and 70s. "They" like us fighting each other for the crumbs that "They," the hoarding 1%, dropped. If we organized, United, we would become an untenable pain in the ass for "Them."

Why not unite right now?

It's established fact that the usual divisive tools they use are bogus.

"Why not unite right now?" Religion.

There is a reason Americans still cling to their religion, although the plague seems to be in remission, "belief" negates facts and reason. An extremely profitable mindset to perpetuate for our 1% exploiters.

A whole bunch of Americans will not work together, organize, Unite, despite the plain sight of "established" facts and reasons in front of them; because they "believe" it would be the wrong thing to do; for whatever "bogus" reason works for them.

And then we have the Unicorn wranglers (see above), who are determined to get us all killed swimming for Atlantis.

Then there's little hope for the masses.

Stick your head between your legs, and kiss your arse goodbye.

There's always hope, how do you think we survived the Ice Age, Raygun and Cheney??

[-] 2 points by Builder (4202) 11 years ago

Then fight. It's all you have left.

Screw religion. It's not about a messiah, it's about us and them.

It's a phukking class war. Let the 1% make it about religion. They don't think twice about breaking the ten commandments, or using usury against their mythical muse, meaning the Torah.

[-] 1 points by WSmith (2698) from Cornelius, OR 11 years ago

Yes, yes, of course.

But surely you understand the powers of belief (it does not have to be religious, religion is the template).

Yes, it IS class war, shock doctrine is the strategy, and most of us are completely oblivious. No tanks or bodies, gotta go to work for 1970's wages (without the bennies).

It's like wrangling cats, just to keep uniform wearing fascists out of our government: "Their both the same, man." And then we have to fight just to regain the accomplishments of past decades, much less progress to the class war fronts.

Please don't bring the corrupt 2 party system into this. Because of their divide and conquer strategy the 2 parties have colluded to go to war and give the 1% a stranglehold on the economy.

Neither Obama or Romney represent real solutions. I don't care which is worse, they're both corporate whores.

Why aren't the candidates working on reforming trade laws that mandate all imports abide by American labor standards? This would bring outsourced jobs back to America as well as improve standards for foreign businesses that want to do trade.

Why aren't the candidates working to increase minimum wage?

Why aren't the candidates talking about reforming monetary policy? Currently the system is set up to give unlimited resources to banks and nothing to the people.

Why aren't the candidates addressing the fact that we're paying interest on a fake debt to the Federal Reserve? Where did the Federal Reserve get the money to buy Government debt? They created it from nothing.

Why aren't the candidates proposing reforms on drug laws that have contributed to the largest prison system in the world? A system for profit prisons are making money on.

Why aren't they proposing medicare for all?

The 1% is backing both of these guys so we don't get candidates that work for these issues.

questions from an old post of mine.

Why are there mosquitoes? What's with gravity? When are we going to stop death? Where is my beautiful house? How did WS get all the money?

Come on let's swim for Atlantis!

Gravity is a natural phenomenon by which physical bodies attract each other with a force proportional to their masses.

Scientists are currently working on solutions to expand the average human life span.

I don't know where you live so I can't tell you that. Maybe it was foreclosed on?

Wall Street got all the money due to corruption and a biased system which they run.

Atlantis isn't real. Government corruption is.
