They've given so much, lets give em a break on their taxes.

I know what about a flat Tax. Ya perfect I think that they would really appreciate that.

OK this is what I'm thinking:

I don't know. I think a flat tax of 50% on the richest 1% might be workable. I mean they might have to tighten their belt a little, the experience would probably be good for them. Besides as an example it probably wouldn't be to tough to get by on 250 mil/yr instead of 500 mil.... Hell lets consider a flat tax of 75% on the richest 1%. I know it sounds like a lot but somehow I think that they would still be OK without having to miss to many meals.

It would probably get more then a few sphincters trembling, but when you consider the cost of living today the 1% could probably get by living with a 90% flat tax on their income.

What ya think?

Sphincter puckering thought! Still I think the 1% could still squeeze by. If we were to consider a 95% flat tax on their income though, well then we might be getting a little harsh. Right?

Though when you stop and think about it, if they did a little economizing, they should still be OK.

Cool sounds like a plan then.

The worst thing that could happen to a nation is to have criminal Zionists walking free in the land and getting their ways.

They'll just let a nation bite the dust. They have done it to Europe, Russia, and Japan less than a century ago and have cost them dear losses in human life and resource.

What is happening in the US is a repeat of that.

Most people don't know who are the Zionists and what's their agenda.

Being naiive allows for poverty to overtake the public and allows the killing of the innocent. The Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan wars are examples of that.

We need to wake up and do some research from truthful sources.

The Zionists will use the "Conspiracy Theory" convenient-clause to discredit any clues to their nasty activities.

Wow, think of what that 50% tax of the richest 1% could do? Think of how much money that would go to Education, infrastructure, and Government safety net program.

Here check out this article. It talks about what the wealth of billionaires could achieve. http://financialedge.investopedia.com/financial-edge/0710/The-Billionaire-Solution-To-The-Worlds-Problems.aspx#axzz1glNSsZt5 Just food for thought.

[-] 1 points by aries (463) from Nutley, NJ 12 years ago

so a doctor making 347K a year is in the 1% and cant walk in your shoes?
ok - keep it up

[-] 2 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Well if the richest 1% only brought down 347K a year, I believe that we would be in a different ballpark and the movements for change would not have happened.

So - Yes - Thank you. I will keep it up.

[-] 2 points by socal63 (124) 12 years ago

For tax year 2009, the top 1% earned $344K and above...the top 0.1% earned $1.43 million and above.

Do some homework!!!

[-] 1 points by aries (463) from Nutley, NJ 12 years ago

well - I think before OWS starts occupying they should do their homework. The top 1% starts at 347K

[-] 1 points by MASTERdBATER (15) 12 years ago

So what would motivate these people to continue to run the industries that keep us all employed when they could easily take their current earning and tell everyone to F off?

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Let them go fuck themselves and restructure under employee ownership.

[-] 1 points by aries (463) from Nutley, NJ 12 years ago

yea - that is constructive. why dont the employees start their own company then and compete f tyhey are so brilliant?

[-] 0 points by Jflynn64 (337) 12 years ago

Yeah, because is worked so well in the Soviet Union and recently China?

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Its worked very well for the employees who took over Anderson Window when that company filed for bankruptcy. You can't compare the USA to country's like the Soviet union or China. That is not even like comparing apples and oranges, its more like comparing apples and dung.

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

And where do the employees get the $$$$ to restructure?

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Where do you think? Same place the greedy bastard got it from. Banks may also be out of control, but they would not turn down income from a successful business.

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

What if the greedy bastard got it from his friends, or other investors? I thought banks were the greedy bastards? Isn't that what you are protesting?

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

I said banks were out of control, were you not paying attention? I also said that they would not turn down a chance to make more money. Greedy bastards that they are.

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

Well if they weren't greedy bastards, your employees would be up shit creek wouldn't they?

[-] 0 points by MASTERdBATER (15) 12 years ago

Then wouldn't the employees who take over ownership now need to be taxed 95%? What would keep them from doing the same?

Basically you have a great idea to create a system of employees that do not have employers. Hmmmm

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Would the 99% be the richest 1% ?

What supporters of the 1% like you just don't get is - Anyone can have an idea but you need others to make it real.

The 99% manufacture real.

So stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

Mr. A has an idea. Mr. A doesn't have the money to manufacture his idea. So he gets "investors"-people who contribute towards manufacturing his idea. They pool their money and often become members of the "board of directors". At very least they are shareholders. They hire builders, construction workers, architects etc. They purchase land and pay for supplies. They pay zoning fees and building fees. Inspectors must come and inspect. Hundreds of people involved in the building of this plant benefit by being PAID to work to do it. Painters, electricians, plumbers, masons, heavy equipment handlers, designers etc.

Then, Mr. A hires hundreds...later thousands of people to work in his plants. Managers, assembly people, secretaries, accountants, shipping personnel, truckers, freight, packaging, customer service reps, business people etc. Mr. A's money (and the shareholders) also pays insurance companies, health practitioners, janitorial staff, convention center workers, party planners, paper product companies, utility companies, payroll employees etc.

And ALL of those people use the money Mr. A pays them to purchase food, cars, clothing, homes, medicine, real estate, and on and on. Mr. A pays taxes on his money, and they all pay taxes on their money from Mr. A-and the people benefit as a society because Mr. A had an idea.

The great thing about America? YOU could also have an idea...and your children can improve upon your ideas, and you could benefit this world in countless ways. But go ahead and go after the rich....there will be someone coming after YOU when you are rich too.

Or just sit here complaining about how horrible Mr. A and his investors are. Because everything the 99% make "real" is only possible because of people like Mr. A.

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

No you have it backwards. Mr.A should be grateful for the 99% who made his idea real. He would be nowhere and dreaming his dreams without a work force.

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

Who said he's not grateful? Who says he doesn't pay his employees well and give them bonuses and allow them to profit share in his company?

Pray tell, where would all those people be without Mr. A's idea? Or Mr. B's? Or C's?

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

I don't know how about living on a toxin free farm?

[-] 0 points by justhefacts (1275) 12 years ago

What if they don't want to live on a farm?

[-] 0 points by MASTERdBATER (15) 12 years ago

Ok, well good plan none the less. *thumbs up

[-] 0 points by marga (82) 12 years ago

They are no better off, believe me, They get killed for their money, sued for all kinds of shit, constantly getting famine thrown in their faces, people make off with their money they invested for projects and never be able to trace them down, then they have people who hate them because they're rich, Believe me they are not one stitch better off then us poor people. At least poor people don't get killed for their money r constantly get harassed by charity organizations. I wouldn't want to trade shoes with them. Its not unheard of for rich people to go give all their money away and settle for a simple life style just to feel human again.

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Who are you trying to kid. More poor people die over small change than rich people have ever been concerned over getting a scratch in the paint on their car. Your statement has no basis in reality.

[-] 0 points by marga (82) 12 years ago

Look I'm a 68y/o. mother of 2, grandmother of 4 and I always had to be tough. You telling me nothing I didn't already know. Life isn't fair, guarantees us nothing and you gonna get beaten up a few more times before you get to be my age. Don't let it get to you. people who think they're better then you only kid themselves. There will always be people like that.Just be glad you're not like them.. Don't carry your emotions on your shoulders. It drains you of your energy and you won't have none left when you may need it.

[-] 0 points by KingVegetax (51) 12 years ago

I would ask if you understood that some of the 1% have been in our shoes. Ya know Steve Jobs (RIP) But your jealousy and hatred prevent you from any rational thought

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Yeah whatever.

Get a real life, instead of sucking on the asshole of the 1%. Though I'm sure they enjoy your attention and devotion..

[-] 0 points by marga (82) 12 years ago

They are only human and being rich can actually be a curse. How about you walk a mile in their shoes. They just have different issue. No one gets spared on this planet. Loose the hate please, we are all hurting. America is just having a tough time. We get through it because we always have and always will.

[-] 1 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Rose colored glasses or did you have rose colored contacts surgically em-placed?

[-] 0 points by marga (82) 12 years ago

Get a attitude adjustment kid. You create your own reality and you wont get far with that kind of mindset. You only hurt yourself because people shy away from your kind.
