Sorry, I am not lying... I am madd let down by this forum and the bias and immaturity amongst an epic list of other things. Good Luck with whatever you try to do... I am not 1% but 99% of you cats most certainly don't represent me! Aloha

This forum doesn't represent me either. Or OWS.

This is the internet---there are crazy people on it.

Go figure... ;)

Yep, pretty good article. There are new expose every day on various infiltrations conducted by corporations to influence opinions, but then there are outright political misinformation campaigns that have redirected America.

You must be new to the internet.

I agree. I came here tonight to see if what I heard about them committing censorship on the site was true. I went to the chat and was booted because I asked them this very question. This is not what the global revolution is. Don't let this biased folks here bring you down. Free speech must encompass ALL speech or it isn't really free speech now is it?

I am actually a Ron Lawl person but I like you guys. In alot of ways you are like we were 5 years ago when we started the tea party. We are not so different. I think we both see the same problem but don't necessarily have the same solution. I love your passion and energy and ideas. Left and right is a false dicotomy, it is us against those who want to dominate and enslave us. Lets work together where we can. I like you guys.

I like Ron Lawl but there's no way the federal government would let itself shrink without a fight even if he got elected.

Republicans may say they want a smaller government but that's not true. They just want the government to appeal to their interests.

[-] 1 points by jiradog (92) 12 years ago

You are absolutely correct IMHO about republicans and about a big fight in shrinking government. I assume that your second sentence excludes Ron Lawl. Because he definately does want smaller government and has proven it for 30 years.

I don't know if you're a troll or if you're legit, but if you look through the forums there are other people here that are forming groups that are comprised of poeple who share in O.W.S's outrage, but have different ways of doing things. It's better to keep that fire and help another organization you personally can believe in than to walk away and do nothing.

dear brother/sister, I never do nothing, I have written 3 books and check out my websites: liberty-alliance.net ...really look around at this, it is huge, see the reform page. energy-economy.org Many thanks, I am way legit, peace to you. :)

Get a web designer, those sites make me violently ill.

I agree with you. This site is nothing more than an Occupy version of the Craiglist rant and raves section! You have the same spewing of vile hatred towards certain groups of our society. Healthy debate is entirety different from what you see on here. Not a unifying forum in any sense of the word.Wait till the media starts reporting on the content of this forum.

Pitviper,

I here you...new to the movement myself, and from what I can see so far it is in its infancy... and there is no shortage of child abusers of all kinds. What the dirty doers will do when their prey matures and starts putting on muscle will be worth sticking around for. Peace.

I think you're seeing the Internet, not OWS. Bias and immaturity are pretty much universal online, at least anywhere that people go in large numbers (there are a few dark corners here and there they haven't found yet, but this isn't one of them).

I know how you feel. I think a lot of the posters here have not even camped 1 night at any occupy but they come here from the comfort of their home and attack other posters. I am a Dr. Paul supporter and when I was physically at my local occupy I had a great experience with the other occupiers but here there are tons of trolls willing to attack anyone that they don't agree with even if they are completely misinformed on who the enemies of freedom and liberty are.

While I am marginally supportive, I am somewhat cautious. I have read many comments in this forum, I feel are just plain stupid. So many people are like me who don't know much about OWS. When these people ask a question, no matter how dumb it seems to you, you should treat the person with the respect, one man gives to another.

[-] 1 points by ArialBoundries (18) 12 years ago

It's just that so many people here just troll messages like that one, or are pushing some agenda (their site, their book, their movment that has a donation page, google ads, and a Herman Cain for pres link etc.. etc.. Or people like the Human Society Project" guy who's world vision is "stop being materialistic and colonize the stars" sigh. Finding people who really want to make a difference on here (who don't suffer from some form of brain damage) is like looking for a needle in a haystack the size of the superdome.

[-] 1 points by Pitviper (4) 12 years ago

Not pushing some agenda any more than OWS is pushing an agenda... I am offering 10 years of being an avid activist and all of my resources gathered over the years for YOU to use for FREE and you bash me by saying I am pushing a personal agenda... my point entirely! Thanks! :) 1000's of talking points http://www.individualism.asia/downloadables/Individualism.pdf Finding people who really want to make a difference ... so a 100,000 word book given out for free is not trying to make a difference? Being an activist for almost a decade is not trying to make a difference, I was writing about fractional reserve banking before zeitgeist or any other internet exposure existed, its is very possible that I inspired them! Ohhhh, and you have a donate button too... call the kettle black yo!~ :D Peace.
