I was awarded a 30k contract a federal stimulus money for Clearfield Job Corp. (a federal agency) but was going to be penalized 10k from the irs for early withdraw penalty on an IRA to try and finance the job. The job was going to take 60 days, the maximum time you can withdraw from an ira without a penalty, and then it was going to take another 30-45 days to get paid, this is why I Ended up passing on the job and laying off my worker. Just wanted some of you to know what a joke our government is.

Sounds like a fishy, made-up propaganda story to me.

ya nobody believes when someone is suffering. I could have been debt free from that job instead my credit is trash, do you believe that?

I was also awarded a 76k contract from prax air, but instead got a bank letter stating, 'we so no need to increase your credit limit from $5k at this time" that was in 2009, the year alot of people were out of work and idiot government leaders were saying, "we need to get people back to work". I was actually creating jobs, but government and banks were stopping me.

If you think its fishy that government has a bunch of regulations that hurt small business, you might just want to look around a little more. Im telling you it happened to my small business. Im really small just me now, and you dont even believe me.

oh i forgot to mention the early withdraw was from an ira account, i didnt proofread it enough, but i put in more details now.
