I wrote a poem a while back around the time this movement began. However, at the time i wrote this, i had no idea this was even going on so i found it pretty ironic that the two instances would coincide. I've had several people recommend i post this here. All i ask is that i get credit for this. It's my writing and my thoughts so i would appreciate not being taken advantage of. Thank you. Here goes:
They v. Them v. US
Everything is run just by a bunch of crooks...
Sitting there n' getting fat while the poor slip through the nooks.
Money runs over their fingers like sand through my hands.
They think they've got us down but it's we who understand...
With a barrel in the peep-hole, they will learn to fear...
We the people will end this and never shed a tear.
