Remember half the nation is conservitive. Half the nation likes corporations. Most of you young folks Mom's and Dad's retirement is based on a 401K. They are based on corporation earnings. The entire Federal service and military is based on the TSP. The Federal version of a 401K. Corporations are owned by the prople. Millions of ordinary Americans invest in oil, gas, green energy, Coca-Cola, Walt Disney. Everything. RCA, GE, Verizon, Kraft foods, Jack in the Box. This is America's system and it just is not going to change. Remember during the cold war when everything in the Eastern block was State owned. Horrible cars, no toilet paper, empty stores, no auto zone! No thank you.

Half the nation is not conservative. The corporate creates a false equivalency so they can sell maximum air time to both parties. Even among conservatives there is support for OWS.

70% of all investment trading is high-frequency trading. This is not your "citizen investor", most of ho have been wiped out in the last couple of bubbles, but hedge funds and investment companies using client holdings to leverage their own profits.

Mom and Dad's retirement 401K was foisted on them. It merely gave financial advisers that came to the job and held "classes" to further cover the ability to have access to someone else's cash.

Remember duck and cover? The alternative is not "state owned". There are other options.

I understand but America is a very different place. We will never go the way of Europe or Canada. Civil War first. Maybe in 20 years.

Very few here want the State to own the " means of production." They just don't want the "means of production" ( AKA The big Int'l Corps.) to own the State.

The next logical step for OWS is an armed struggle: get all your fatigues, berets, boots and military attire at Johnny O's: 1st and West. Look sharp on the battlefield!

OK but just remember that the other side has 3 million guns and the NRA. I'm just saying.

Well, that's the choice. Bang on bongos or start shooting. Theyve got no chance with the bongos. That Gandhi stuff is BS. A million people were killed in 1947 in the India/Pakistan split.
