I earned it picking weeds. I want to buy a coke for 50 cents. My friend has a bad headache after watching TV and needs 75 cents for aspirin. My friend says I should give him the money because he does not feel well and I can pull more weeds today and still get my coke. What should I do?
I have a 4.0 GPA. I earned it by studying my ass off and never missing a class except for illness or funerals. I want to finish at the top of my class so that I can apply for grad school scholarships . My roomate has a 1.8 GPA because he parties all the time, skips class and barely studies. He wants to go to law school. My political science professors are letting students in the program give up to 2 grade point donations to those with lesser grades as part of a social experiment. My friend says I can get the money for grad school from my folks and he can't. He wants my grades. What do I do?
Tell your roommate that life is full of choices. You will graduate with honors and get in to grad school. Your roommate will learn to ask "would you like fries with that?"
More on topic, you should tell your friend to go pull his own weeds instead of watching TV. Then he wouldn't have a headache, wouldn't need an aspirin, and could go buy a coke with you!
Good luck buying a coke for 50 cents!
They are on sale with a coupon and the grocery store doubles them bringing the cost to 50 cents.
