The State Department of the United States released its Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2011 on May 24, 2012. As in previous years, the reports are full of over-critical remarks on the human rights situation in nearly 200 countries and regions as well as distortions and accusations concerning the human rights cause in China. However, the United States turned a blind eye to its own woeful human rights situation and kept silent about it. The Human Rights Record of the United States in 2011 is hereby prepared to reveal the true human rights situation of the United States to people across the world and urge the United States to face up to its own doings.

China and India alone have close to 1/2 of the world's population.

That means we could theoretically outsource every job in the US many times over to those 2 countries alone.

If we continue to outsource jobs, we will kill the American consumers.

Who is this who is adding to a confused mess of people already with this "2011 Human rights in the US" garbage?

How many times have we had people in factories jump out of the factory windows to escape their slavery ??? Hasn't happened in the US in the last 1/2 century or so thanks to us ending child labor , etc. that used to exist in this country in the early part of the last century.

But -- this has HAPPENED RECENTLY IN C H I N A.

This is not a comment against china or their people but rather it's against the Chineese government and the businesses that take advantage of the wage slave conditions of the people there.

That's what has hurt our economy and economies around the world. Slave wage workers in China. Taking away the core of what was our manufacturing based economy and shifting manufacturing and jobs to China. NOT BECAUSE OF TAXATION BUT BECAUSE OF CHEAP LABOR.

the numbers should be extracted and set to equations

Funny, but probably half of your population would leave China for the United States, or any other Western country, if they could, yet virtually no one is clamoring to leave the United States for China. Strange, huh? LOL.

Did you read the article?

Everything in it is factual, supported by citing sources, and undistorted. The whole tone may be slightly one-sided, but that would be about the biggest criticism against it.

I don't know what makes you believe that people from all countries are eager to flee here. Most of those eager to move to the U.S. are from third-world countries. The vast majority of people in developed countries, including Canada, are perfectly content to live where they are.

Finally as to your assertion that an overwhelming number of Chinese are dissatisfied with their government and champing at the bit to leave, independent polls indicate many more Chinese are satisfied with their government than Americans are satisfied with their government. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2008/jul/23/chinese-satisfied-with-government/

I hope by now you understand that you've been indoctrinated by our own propaganda machine and actually believe the real distortions and lies.

Support you!! No one and no government is perfect. Although there are lots of Chinese eager to leave for another so called better countries, the fact is so many Chinese talents come back China. The poor people in China especially who never go abroad and know little about foreign countries, think developed countries can give their better life. But for the people who have already been overseas for a long time, know what the truth is. As China is now approaching to the developed country from a developing country. Loads of Chinese and western people in the western countries particularly in the US, come back/to China to have a better career future. I think when China reaches a level better than most western countries, the rate of moving in will be much higher than that of moving out. For example, the citizens of Hong Kong and Taiwan are more willing to come back home, since they think their places are good.

Well, there are plenty of America hating leftists that unfortunately we can't make relocate to China. But even they aren't lining up to leave. Funny thing how actions don't back up the talk, huh? Virtually no one is looking to leave the United States for China. Yet the number of Chinese that would leave for America is vastly beyond what we could even begin to accept. Even Canada loses immigrants to the U.S. I'll skip the propaganda and the non-sense spewed by leftists like you. I'll watch what people do instead.

Here's a whole list of Americans that have recently renounced their citizenship, 1,800 last year: http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/business/2012/05/facebooks-eduardo-saverin-joins-americans-renouncing-citizenship/

That does not include people, who choose to live outside the United States, like Johnny Depp, but maintain their American citizenship.

Wow, a whole 1,800, huh? When it gets to .001% of the population, I'll start to think it's a trend. LOL. Until then, we'll brace for more Chinese immigrants.

[-] 1 points by ferret329 (2) 11 years ago

The numbers of Chinese who actually move out can only be 0.0000n‰ in the 15 hundred million population. Based on your theory, this is also not called a trend. But the total is still a big number for you! Aha?

Chinese out-migration? Never heard of it. LOL. America sucks, the line to leave is just unbelievable. LOL.

Don't let the facts get in the way of making an informed decision.

Why then are all those U.S. Corps moving over to China?

[-] 2 points by bringourjobsback (64) 11 years ago

American Factories have closed here for 1 primary reason: TO SAVE MONEY ON LABOR !!!!! If they can pay someone $5.00/ D A Y instead of $10---$20 / H O U R the accountants and buz. owners will do it.

This ultimately kills the goose that laid the golden egg. As Henry Ford said, he wanted to pay his workers well. Why? SO THEY COULD I IN TURN BUY HIS CARS !!!
