We as consumers have to be the ones to vote with our dollars. If your money is in the big banks, check out www.directeddeposits.com. They'll help you find a local and ethical bank.
I think you need to go to a Credit Union.
Ethics and modern banking do not go together. An ethical bank is an oxymoron.
