Actually, I have great-great grandfather's that fought on both sides of the war. I'm not so sure that would be an accurate factor in determining anything.
Actually, that's a cartoon not a human. Very few cartoons fought in the Civil War, so you'd probably lose that bet, but at least your spelling of Confederate is getting closer.
