No doubt Bloomberg is sad that the hapless pot head couldn't be linked to Occupy
The arrest was an obvious ploy by Bloomberg to distract from his horrific First Amendment Rights abuses.
It costs billions, but money is no object. The NYPD literally has unlimited tax payer dollars from which to draw for just this type of nonsense.
