Excellent point -- Why should the banks be able to resell a property that's already been sold ( to US THE PEOPLE ) in the bailout. The properties could be revalued to reflect actual not inflated value....
We could make a start at reform by demanding that the properties "we" (THE PEOPLE) bought in the bank bailout. Be sold by the government using fannie mae or freddie mack or something new. Why should the banks be able to resell a property that's already been sold ( to US THE PEOPLE ) in the bailout. The properties could be revalued to reflect actual not inflated value ( especially artificially inflated values ).
