herman cain is running at 5% on the predictive market intrade.com. he has never been, nor ever will be, a front runner of any sort. the reason you hear about him is because more eyeballs on tv for sensationalistic shit means more money for ads. more hits on websites = more money for ads. he is a circus and distraction.

And your example of Monica Lewinsky was a poor one. She was forced to testify by the republicans who actually locked her in a hotel room about 10 floors up and would not let her leave until she agreed to testify.
Lewinsky actually fantasized about jumping through the hotel window to her death rather than deal with the republican politician witch hunters.
By the way, of the original 12 that were considered to witch hunt Bill Clinton, at least HALF had their own affairs going on.
