Phoenix, Arizona - Home of Sheriff Joe and NDAA 2012 sponser Sen. John McCain.

I personally URGE Occupiers worldwide, and especially Occupy Wall Street in NYC to bring attention to the plight of Occupy Phoenix. We were raided for the second time on 12/29/11.

Many people in Arizona are afraid to speak up because the police and courts here are rampant with corruption and too many people here know all too well the consequences of speaking out against the system. As a result, our presence on the streets is small. People who would otherwise be downtown in the Plaza hide behind their computers. They rely upon Occupiers on the street for courage, support, and evidence that the movement is alive and well. With our numbers dwinding due to almost constant arrests and even the second raid:

I CALL UPON the OWS Movement to PUBLICLY Declare Their Support for Occupy Phoenix! Please, as a group, dedicate an hour or an entire day to bring attention to what is happening here. Be creative in how you to choose to do this. Then, please forward to csworker09@gmail.com or occupyphx.org or the occupy phx facebook page pictures/articles/videos of this so that you can show our brothers and sisters here in Phoenix that we are not alone and that we may be encouraged to continue the fight against corruption and injustice.

Many of the awful things facing this country originated right here in Arizona or is being "tested" here. The "police state" many in America fear is coming, has actually been in existance here in AZ for quite sometime. I feel this is "the belly of the beast" and we NEED your encouragement!

From the bottom of my heart, and with every shread of my soul, THANK YOU!

Solidarity
