I don't really like just posting links. However I dislike more having to write a 3 page essay to post on a forum no one will read.

Everyone needs to understand this to learn how the game is set up.
It is amazing how much people don't really understand what is going on. I can only point people to information, what they do with it is up to them.
Yeah. I explain this to my friends and some of them get it, the others just want to talk about sports.
