Thinking about this one, you know he might be in real trouble, so this is why he's raising about 20 million or something like that for a defense fund, guys out there breaking laws like crazy.
The money is being "gifted" to him by the Kochs and their cohorts.
I wouldn't be surprised to find Rove in that mix somewhere too.
Every state is a test tube to them to see how far they can go, but hey I guess I'm suppose to water myself down so I don't scare anybody off, might knock us down to 98%.

They see government as a tool to impose their will, and Walker is just their puppet, but you know that, just saying.
