Forum Post: Government within government, black budgets, secret bases

How can we tie in the larger issue of a government within a government and the industrial military complex and its black budgets... that's our money.
Yet it goes into creating Area 51 which is outside of US law and answerable to no one.
Tied to this is the industrial military government and a government within a government that was mentioned by Pres. Clinton years ago.
