My observations and survey of the political landscape is giving me a lot of pessimistic thoughts. A 17 trillion dollar debt and a shooting down of any and all job opportunity. A nation cannot sustain itself where the beneficiaries outnumber the producers. If this trend continues, then the egalitarian society that several of you envision may become reallity. America will not fall, it will slowly decay and existence will be local and substinence-level. In which case I am screwed since I have no knowledge of hemp processing.
How can you say that?

The USA is headed to the worst CIVIL WAR in human history. The reason is 56% of the citizenry live off a government check, but the money is bogus. In the next few years no country on earth will accept US dollars and the USA will turn to cannibilism.

The BIG CEO's ( 1% ) that the OWS crowd croons about bought their Italian chalet's 20 years ago,... virtually everyone of the 1% could care less about the coming war, because only those that can't afford to bail will face the bloodbath.
