to paul's budget "scandals"

maybe not.... but they certainly will not have as much power
But they are so embarrassing to leave walking around in public. Couldn't they be an actual public health hazard?

Think that when in public - that they might be required to wear sandwich boards detailing their danger to humanity to a strong and healthy society (?) - a warning to the unwary in the general populace sort of thing.
