Hi Hiddencreature, Thank you for post. Every little bit helps. Who knows what attention it could bring.

Thanks for the link!! Initial look gives a good impression, I will have to look it over before more closely before I can speak to how credible and impartial the tribunal. But a tribunal, even one with no power of enforcement, well managed with strong legal arguments and a credible moral foundation are a hell of a lot better than the whole lot of nothing anybody else has done about it, and can be an effective tool for spreading awareness. Such a tribunal with the open support of millions of Americans and citizens of other nations as well could very well act as a "dress-rehearsal" for the real thing, which is I suppose a "show-trial" as @AuditElmer claims, but hardly one without real impact.

You mean a "show trial" that won't have any real-world impact? Alright then.

It may not lead to any actual consequences, but the significance of an American President being tried for War Crimes? That will have a real-world impact and be a real political warning to powerful figures who think they are 'to big to prosecute'.

I don't care about show trials. I care about real trials. The reason Obama did not pursue prosecution of Cheney-Bush was so he could continue the Constitution -shredding they started! They should all be in prison.

What about Obama? We are still there, he has escalated and he is the man in charge. Oh yea, you support him. nevermind.
