If I get all the money in a Monopoly game, I win. But the game is over. I could continue, I guess, to play, if I loaned the money back to the losers. I could print more monopoly money to “grow” the game economy and assure that I win even more and faster by the interest and fees I charge the other players who borrow it from me. But really, the game is over for them once I have the power of concentrated wealth and they must borrow from me in order to play. The board will never be level again.

Why don't they pull themselves up by their bootstraps like I did? Paris Hilton

Thanks VQ, for the kind words. Anything is possible and some things are inevitable. In either case it's unlikely, in my experience, that anyone will correctly predict when.

That is a great illustration. How do we solve this problem?

I didn't create the problem. Why am I expected to solve it. That being said: The ruling elite class, the financial class, are the problem. Tax them to death. Outlaw possession of more than 10 times the average wealth. If the average net worth is less than zero, tax property at 100%, with a $5M deduction. That' a flat tax I can get behind. No loopholes allowed or we get tough. LOL
