Time is money. According to NASA we lose a little bit every day due to the recent earthquakes in Japan and Indonesia. It may be just a few milliseconds but that time is valuable. Interest is being paid on it worldwide.
The world clock has not been adjusted to reflect this change. The money has to go somewhere, why not to us? We can use it to help reduce our deficit and other countries can benefit as well. Perhaps World Bank will handle this for us, and the planet will go from austerity to prosperity. I suggest we find the time.
