Freedom Amendment
Subject to the Fourth Amendment and barring violation to the rights of others, the right of a free people to be secure in their decisions of personal safety, activity, association, and property, shall not be violated.
The right of a free and democratic people to engage in Initiative, Referendum, and Recall, shall be exercised at all of levels of government.
I like it. If you live in CA, you have Pruneyard v Robins to protect you. In other states, you get arrested for doing the same thing.
