Congress just broke a record last week! They achieved an all-time low approval rating of 9%.
The majority of Americans are sick to death (literally in some cases) of their disfunctional government.
The time is more than ripe to start an OWS political party, have a national convention, and make an impact on local, state and national politics in 2012. Get in out of the cold and start organizing!

I think running as OWS-aligned Independents makes more sense than running as Democrats.
Dangers to representative government, whenever the republican form of government has not achieved success the difficulty has not been with the system but with its faulty application. When the Constitution was written; our country was in a condition of bankruptcy, chaos, and anarchy. Within three years after its adoption a most favorable condition for orderly progress had been established and is the foundation upon which this Republic rests. It is now the oldest written constitution functioning in the world and is quite generally conceded the wisest plan of government ever conceived.
Yeah, its just to bad they never followed it to the letter of what was intended to mean.
Ohio has the right idea! We need to take this nationwide ASAP - the first caucus is in Iowa in six weeks....
