Forum Post: Flood the forum with Occupy info

This content is user submitted and not an official statement

The trolls have control over the forum because they have control over the content and direction of conversation. So change the conversation. Go out on the web and find Occupy info to post back here. Find what you want out of this and I promise you, you'll find an example of Occupy supporters doing just that. Make this forum the hub it should be.

I'll start with this...

Occupy Movie

Pre-scripted for the slactavist. Simply copy and paste the script below.

Save the Occupy Forum, post your thread or Occupy project @ http://occupywallst.org/forum/ To help, share or re-post this.

It seems to me that at its best what this forum could be is the kind of conversations one finds at an encampment in between general assemblies and other meetings, a place where we can develop ideas to bring back to our own local general assemblies and working groups.

hub?

I believe that one of the concepts that the Occupy movement needs to seriously consider is that of Social Credit. I recommend the Wiki first, if you are interested; further elaboration is at the bleedingindebt site, and further resources are found at the Secretariat website, including Douglas' books: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_Credit http://bleedingindebt.com/ http://douglassocialcredit.com/ That is, if you are interested.

At 17:15

"I think that it is an error that those protesting have to be the ones that come up with the solution".

Why would we ever assume the people elected or hired to the job are going to do it if they've failed so miserably up to the present? "Raising hell" is a cognitive distortion and lacks direction towards legal process or any gain of authority to see changes made It is up to the American citizen like Lincoln said.

"The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution."

September 17, 1859, speech in Cincinnati, OH.

At 17:40

"I would like nothing political to be attempted."

Okay, then at least discuss it. OWS is not doing that. Article V is the only method to gain the needed authority to effect the changes needed. Those changes meet the demands.

"We are not going to change anything through politics."

Not politics as usual, but discussion on what politics will unify is absolutely vital. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE. The NYCGA is not reasonably discussing the real options that will gain the authority needed with people that are trying. It is time for an Article V convention.

They don't need us to tell them what the problems are because they crated them. We all know the core of what needs to be done. It's simply a matter of applying more pressure than our counter interest. They have dollars we have numbers.

[-] 1 points by forourfutures (393) 2 years ago

True, but numbers must unite to be meaningful. When the opposition to truth, justice and constitutional government uses countless agents with software augmenting their numbers, in order to appear as a mass of people doing some kind of synonomous (non) thinking, then the bar is raised on the application of "pressure".

This works like a button. If our united efforts to counter the opposition to truth and justice with its application of "pressure" misses the button, is the action we hoped for created?

For the opposition to truth and justice to suceed, all they must to is prevent the finger from hitting the button. One half inch off will do it easily and with certainty in the case of our computer keyboard.

Now, we examine our aim, upon what, then the size, location, topology and edges of the button we (if we are a we) must press to manifest a nation that exists controlled by truth and justice under its constitution with its principles.

Sounds like a good strategy.

I have some information on where a lot of these trolls are coming from if anyone is interested.

I would be interested.

For a while I was part of a group that actively harassed occupy movements online. It started out as a group of us going around to different sites and forums challenging occupy members. Nothing harmful, other that to cause opposition.

After a while it got out of hand. The group started attacking websites and forums with DDoS assaults. They even go under cover pretending to be activists. They befriend unsuspecting members, befriend them on facebook using a fake account then post personal information like photos, real names and phone numbers. They have been attacking this site for months. They probably account for 20 percent of the trolls on this forum.

They use a simple sports forum as a front. Most of their communications are done through PM. Some of it is actually on the forum itself, but the public conversations are coded and vague. They plan out who to attack then infiltrate a site in numbers. I was never a supporter of Occupy, but I couldn't be a part of this internet posse any longer. It ate away at my conscience. I left the group and they ended up posting my information all over the web. My personal facebook. My email. My real name. They even created photoshop pictures of me and distributed them all over the net. Yes I was naive for getting involved. They will spend an entire day harassing one target. I have tried contacting their service provider to no avail. Contacting the admin of the sports forum is also futile because the admin in the ring leader. I don't know anything about hacking, nor have I ever dabbled in it, however, if anyone deserves the shoe to be on the other foot, these are the people. I would like the rifle to be pointed at them for once.

Anyhow. I want people to know. It's my way of making right for participating in something wrong. I know people here are sick of the trolls. I also know some people here have a lot of "technical" knowledge. Let me know if you want me to post their website on here or if I should privately contact someone.

What you're describing is clearly criminal activity. All internet-based criminality is interstate by definition, and therefore under the jurisdiction of the FBI. I strongly urge you to contact your local FBI field office with every scrap of verifiable information you have. If you committed a crime yourself, they may look at you funny and may even slap you on the wrist some, but turning State's evidence is huge in legal circles and they won't hang you out to dry. If what you say is true, contact the FBI.

[-] 2 points by justiceforoccupy123 (35) 2 years ago

I know these guys. Most of the evidence takes place on other sites. I contacted the authorities and they told me to contact the service provider. The service provider never did anything.

For the record, I never took part in anything other than registering accounts and arguing.

In this case I think the best option is justice. I hope someone on here with knowledge is reading this and will serve them a huge helping of justice. I know they have been attacking members on this site for months.

Who is the service provider?

[-] 0 points by justiceforoccupy123 (35) 2 years ago

Godaddy. Oh, and they have already been contacted by Google last year after users reported getting viruses.

[-] 0 points by pewestlake (947) from Brooklyn, NY 2 years ago

Yeah, that sucks. GoDaddy is notorious for doing nothing with legitimate issues. Still, if these people are slandering you in public, it constitutes defamation and harassment and you can press charges. I would still pursue legal channels.

I am. trust me. But more importantly, I wanted Occupy to know who is responsible for a lot of the online grief occupy sites and members are receiving. Have at them. I can even identify many of the users who orchestrate the attacks. The site itself needs to come down.

Out em... I'll see if I can get some old contacts to cook up some revenge...

[-] 1 points by justiceforoccupy123 (35) 2 years ago

They are now posting people's phone numbers and addresses.

[-] 0 points by Mooks (1985) 2 years ago

Oh I don't know who you would contact. i was just curious.

[-] 2 points by justiceforoccupy123 (35) 2 years ago

I tried emailing the admin here. They must be out. I wanted to check before I posted it publicly. At this point I don't care.

Here is a big source of the trolls.

www.sportshoopla.com

You will notice most of the forums are dead except the general discussion. That's where they plot and plan. They are a internet bullying group.
